Mayor Ediboy, Guest of Honor at the Medical Mission by the Naval Forces-Northern Luzon

THE PHILIPPINE NAVY through the Naval Forces of Northern Luzon based at Naval Station, Poro Point, City of San Fernando, La Union, conducted a medical, dental and optical mission to residents of Barangay Salomague, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur on June 9, 2011 at 9:30 am held at the Salomague Elementary School.

This activity is a continuation of the Civil Military Operations conducted last May 12, 2011 during the Exercise Pagsasama 2011.

In his message, Mayor Ediboy expressed his depth of gratitude to the assistance extended by the Naval Forces to his constituents. He further pointed that this program would strengthen the good relationship between the civilian and the naval forces by giving the former with free eyeglasses, free medical consultation, and free extraction of teeth.

Civil Military Operations Officer Lt. Rodney P. Cudal and Command Adjutant, Ensign Ritchie S. Gadil assured further that the Navy in the North will continue to extend their good services to the people of Ilocos Sur particularly in Cabugao in line with the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Internal Peace and Security Plan (IPSP) or Bayanihan.
