On March 10, 2014 Drawing Contest, Poster making and Essay Writing contest was held at Cabugao Fire Station. It was participated by Elementary Schools public and private High Schools of this municipality. This is to enhance fire safety awareness among pupils and students which they can share to their classmates as well as in their home.

This year theme was ISULONG ANG KAUNLARAN, SUNOG AY IWASAN KAALAMAN AT PAG-IINGAT ANG KAILANGAN. It aims to instill the citizenry the importance of fire safety and to influence them to get involve since fire Prevention is everyone’s concern.
As one of the essay writing contest winners quote “Let’s Move on to fight against fire problems, Information and application is our first move, Have a try do not delay Coz I’m sure for tomorrow might be too late”
The involvement of citizenry in our advocacy is indeed our greatest accomplishment. Although fire occurrences are unforeseen incidents but the truth is Fire can be prevented.
The Judges in the three events are SB Secretary Maxfel Suboc, Ms Constancia Quinola MLGOO, and Nick Bringas Head teacher of Nagsingcaoan Elementary School. The Prizes given was courtesy of the Honorable Mayor Edgardo S. Cobangbang Jr. Municipal Mayor of Cabugao.
