PGIS, HALL OF FAME OF POVERTY REDUCTION PROGRAM IN REGION 1!
NOT ONCE, not twice but three times!!! The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur did it again for the third straight year. The PGIS was awarded best LGU-Poverty Reduction Program Implementer for 2014 by the Regional Development Council Region 1.
