The Provincial Celebration of the National Disability Prevention & Rehabilitation Week with a Theme: “Karapatan Ng May Kapansanan Isakatuparan… Now Na, was held at the Provincial Capitol, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur participated by the different representatives of Persons With Disabilities per municipality entire the province.
There were six representatives of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur who participated in the activities like Chess Tournament, Track & Field and Scrabble and three of them garnered prizes. To wit
