Ryan Singson, member of the Vigan Elite Gun Club, together with his fellow members participated the activity infront of the Vigan Convention Center. Police Supt. Jugith del Prado administered the sealing and signing of the firearms of the said group. “This is our way to discipline ourselves not to use our firearms in celebration of the coming year. We hope that other group or individual will also follow with our lead,” Gov. Singson said. The official also hopes for zero casualty.
